  1. Hi Tim,
    I’ve received an order for a 1007 (Rent Schedule) and asked to provide a “Statement of Assumptions and Limiting Conditions” including an Appraiser’s Certification which complies with Standard 2-3(a). My question is do I create this verbiage or is there a existing form that contains the specific verbiage/commentary for this type of assignment? I’ve looked my Total/Alamode “Contents” section but there doesn’t seem to be a form that deal specially with this type of report, please advise.
    p.s. I’m looking forward to the class tomorrow with Scott. Thanks!
